Reserve Your Half Cow

Place your order online and secure your beef with a $700 deposit.

Customize Your Cuts

We’ll send you a link to our easy-to-follow online cut card where you can choose steak thickness, roast sizes, and more.

You can always reach out to us with questions or  to request recommendations.

We Coordinate Processing

Once your processing date has been scheduled with our USDA-inspected butcher, we’ll let you know when your beef is expected to be ready. Most orders are completed within 3–6 weeks.

Pick Up Your Beef

When your order is complete, we’ll schedule a pickup appointment at our ranch in Krum. Delivery may also be available within approximately 30 miles. Your remaining balance is simply charged using the payment method from your original order unless other arrangements have been made.
