Unlike many ranches that charge based on hanging weight and separate processing fees, our pricing is based on the finished beef you actually take home. It’s simple, transparent, and easy to understand.

Reserve Your Quarter Cow

Place your order online and secure your beef with a $400 deposit.

We Schedule Processing

We’ll coordinate processing with our USDA-inspected butcher and let you know when your beef is expected to be ready. Most orders are completed within 3–6 weeks.

We Package Your Beef

Your beef is professionally butchered using our standard quarter beef specifications, then USDA inspected, individually vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen.

Pick Up Your Beef

When your order is ready, we’ll schedule pickup at our ranch in Krum. Delivery may also be available within approximately 30 miles. Your remaining balance is simply charged using the payment method from your original order unless other arrangements have been made.

Every animal is responsibly raised without added hormones or antibiotics and processed at a USDA-inspected facility. Depending on processor scheduling and availability, your beef may be wet aged or dry aged to maximize tenderness and flavor before it’s professionally cut and packaged.
